Ik ben getrouwd en moeder van 2 kinderen.<\/p>\n<p>Ik heb het zelf ervaren hoe het is om lange tijd gepest te worden en daar heel veel van geleerd, maar ook door geleden. De littekens die ik daardoor opgelopen heb, verdwijnen nooit meer. De littekens hebben mij gemaakt tot wie ik nu ben. Nu wil ik er een positieve draai aan geven door er kinderen en hun ouders en verder iedereen mee te helpen die daarvoor openstaan. Met mijn ervaring kan ik anderen begrijpen en meedenken naar een oplossing. Ik kijk met alles vanuit het Positieve.<\/p>\n<p>Ook was ik vroeger erg snel moe en overprikkeld, voelde me anders, maar wist niet hoe, wat en waarom. Het bleek al snel dat ik daar geen begrip voor ontvangen zou. Het gevoel alleen te staan, bekroop me steeds meer.<\/p>\n<p>Op latere leeftijd kwam ik erachter dat ik gevoeliger ben dan ik dacht. Ze noemen dat hooggevoelig. Dit houdt in dat je bijvoorbeeld sneller dingen opmerkt zoals emoties en anders reageert. Als je er geen begrip voor krijgt, kan dit erg vermoeiend zijn en kan je je alleen voelen.\u00a0Ik weet nu hoe ik daar mee om kan gaan en ik kan gelukkig in mijn eigen kracht blijven staan.<\/p>\n<p>Ik sta positief in het leven en dat vind ik heel belangrijk. Het brengt je veel verder om juist de nadruk te leggen op de dingen die goed gaan dan op de dingen die niet goed gaan.<\/p>\n<p>Wat\u00a0ik\u00a0toen gemist heb, probeer ik nu voor een ander te zijn. Voor (hooggevoelige) kinderen hun (hooggevoelige) ouders en iedereen die wel een steuntje in de rug kunnen gebruiken.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column
